2025 EIC Refund Delays - H&R Block Filers Still Waiting?
Filed through H&R Block with EIC three weeks ago. Still showing processing on WMR. Anyone else filing with EIC actually getting approved and seeing deposits? Starting to get nervous since bills are piling up.

Tax pro here. EIC returns typically take longer due to extra verification steps. The PATH Act requires the IRS to hold all EITC refunds until at least Feb 15th. Even after that date, expect 21-45 days for processing. Many returns are taking the full 45 days this year due to increased verification procedures.
