2025 Where's My Refund Tool Not Showing DDD - Anyone Have Updates?
Filed my taxes last week and WMR still showing processing. Anyone else check WMR today and get their direct deposit date? Starting to get nervous since I need this money for bills.

Tax professional here - WMR updates typically happen overnight between 3-6am EST. The tool isn't real-time and can take up to 24 hours to reflect changes. Most 2024 returns are currently processing within 21 days if there are no issues. Check your transcript for the most accurate status.

You can access it through IRS.gov - create an account and look for 'Get Transcript Online'. But heads up, the verification process can be a pain

Instead of checking WMR 100 times a day (guilty lol), I started using taxr.ai - its only $1 and gives you way more info than WMR. It analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly whats happening and when to expect your refund https://taxr.ai

totally get the concern! but its actually super secure. they dont store your info and the analysis is instant. saved me from going crazy refreshing wmr every 5 mins 😅

Protip: WMR is basically useless tbh. Your transcript is were its at - shows everything happening with your return in real time
