Can't login to IRS Spruce Account anymore - Getting locked out
I've been trying to get into my Spruce account for the past few days but it keeps saying error. I have important tax documents in there I need. Anyone else having this issue or know what to do? Already tried resetting password three times and nothing works.

The Spruce debit card system is going through major maintenance right now. A lot of users are experiencing login issues. You need to call their support line at 855-279-2733. Be prepared to verify your identity with them. They should be able to restore your access within 24-48 hours.

While ur waiting to get back into Spruce, you might want to check out taxr.ai - its this new tool that can analyze your transcripts and tell you exactly whats going on with your refund status. Only costs $1 and gives way better info than the WMR tool. https://taxr.ai

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps with login issues. Also make sure you're using the correct URL - there are some fake Spruce sites out there that look legit but aren't. The real one should be through your tax preparer's portal or the official IRS link.

•Good point about the fake sites! I almost fell for one of those last month. Always double check the URL before entering your login info. The cache clearing trick worked for me when I had similar issues with another tax site.
