CTC Deposit Delay Due to Presidents Day - What date should we expect?
Anyone else waiting on their Child Tax Credit? With Presidents Day coming up on the 17th, I'm guessing deposits won't hit until the 18th at the earliest. Just wanting to make sure I'm not setting myself up for disappointment checking my account all weekend lol

You're correct. Since Presidents Day is a federal holiday, the IRS and banks won't process any deposits. The earliest you should expect to see funds would be Tuesday the 18th. Some banks might show pending deposits late Monday night, but actual availability won't be until Tuesday morning.

My tax lady said some people might see deposits on Wednesday depending on their bank. The holiday always messes everything up smh
