Bank of America PATH Act delay - Anyone else stuck waiting?
Filed early January and got accepted right away. Bank of America direct deposit info is correct but still no refund. Transcript shows PATH Act delay. Starting to get worried since bills are piling up. Anyone else with BOA in the same situation? WMR just shows processing.

PATH Act delays are normal for anyone claiming EITC or ACTC. The IRS legally cannot release these refunds before mid-February. Your transcript should update around February 15th, and most PATH Act returns start getting deposited between February 22-28th. Just hang tight!

Don't stress about the bank, its all about the IRS processing time. Once they release it BOA usually deposits same day
