PATH Act 2024: Anyone see DDD on transcript yet? Still waiting
Getting really anxious about my refund this year. Filed early January but stuck on PATH act hold. Has anyone who claimed EITC or ACTC actually gotten their deposit date to show up on transcripts yet? Been checking WMR and transcripts daily but still nothing.

Tax advisor here - PATH Act prevents the IRS from releasing refunds with EITC/ACTC before mid-February. The earliest possible deposit dates typically start around February 27th. Keep checking your transcript for cycle code 20240805 which indicates processing completion.

•2023 cycle codes usually indicate prior year returns still processing. Your 2024 return should have a 2024 cycle code.
