PATH Act 2024: Anyone with EIC/ACTC see DDD on transcript yet?
Starting to get worried about my refund. Been checking WMR and transcripts daily but still nothing. Anyone on PATH act (earned income credit) seeing deposit dates yet? Starting to feel like im the only one still waiting 😩

The PATH Act prevents the IRS from releasing refunds that include EIC/ACTC before February 15th. Even after that date, it typically takes another 5-7 business days for banks to process the deposits. Keep checking your transcripts daily - many PATH filers should start seeing updates this coming Friday.
