PATH Act 2024: Anyone with EITC/ACTC gotten DDD on transcript yet?
Getting anxious about my refund... Im a PATH act filer and checking my transcripts every day but still nothing. Has anyone who claims EITC or child tax credit seen any movement or gotten their deposit dates yet? Really need this money to catch up on bills.

The PATH Act prevents the IRS from releasing EITC/ACTC refunds before mid-February. They're required by law to hold these refunds until Feb 15th. Even after that date, it typically takes a few more days for the money to hit accounts. The earliest you might see deposits would be around Feb 27th.

Called IRS yesterday and they said PATH refunds should start processing after Feb 15. the rep said to expect updates around Feb 24-28
