Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. After 3 months waiting on my refund I kept getting different explanations on here about what was happening. SBTPG (TurboTax's bank) is holding your money. They receive it from IRS, take out the fees and loan amount, then send the rest to you. Usually takes 1-2 business days after DDD. If it gets to be Thursday with no deposit, call them directly at 800-901-6663.
I spent DAYS trying to get through to the IRS about a similar issue (though mine was more complicated - had a freeze code on my account). Finally used Claimyr.com and got an actual IRS agent to call me back in less than an hour. They fixed my issue on the spot and my refund was processed right away. Saved me so much frustration.

Try downloading the IRS2Go app. Sometimes it has more updated info than the website. My WMR tool showed nothing but the app showed my direct deposit date.

I'm an accountant and see this all the time. The PATH Act (Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes) requires additional verification for returns with EITC/ACTC which is why there's that mid-February holdback period. Even after the hold is released, there can be delays. If you have a DDD on transcript (code 846), your money is coming - just be patient. The IRS sends the money through ACH which typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your bank.

If its leadership credit union they are notoriously slow with tax refunds. My cousin works there and says they intentionally hold them for a few extra days to "verify" or something. Try calling again and specifically asking if there's a hold for verification.

ATTENTION: If you filed with a tax preparer who takes their fees out of your refund, your money goes through a third party bank first (like SBTPG or Republic Bank) BEFORE reaching your account. This adds 1-2 more days to the process. Check if this applies to you!

My DDD was 3/15 with BoA and it hit my account at 3:30am today (3/16). Just woke up to it. Check your pending transactions, sometimes it shows there first before posting.
