2023 Return Stuck: N/A Transcripts After Identity Verification - WMR Shows Processing but IRS Account Says Not Processed
Filed in January, got accepted next day but then received verification letter. I verified my identity on February 8th. My transcripts still showing N/A and account transcript is completely blank. Where's My Refund changed from 'still being processed' to 'is being processed' but my IRS account shows not processed at all. Anyone know what this actually means?

The change from 'still being processed' to 'is being processed' doesn't mean much tbh. After ID verification, it typically takes 9 weeks for processing to complete. Your blank transcript means they haven't started the actual processing yet. Keep checking weekly - once you see codes appearing, that's when real movement starts happening.
