Transcript shows N/A & No Return Filed but WMR says Return Received - Filed 2/8
Filed my taxes on February 8th and got verified over the phone March 15th. My Where's My Refund tool changed from 'still processing' to 'we have received your tax return and it is being processed' but when I check my transcripts it shows N/A and says 'no return filed'. Anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on?

This is actually pretty common right now. The WMR tool and transcript system run on different update schedules. After ID verification, it typically takes 9 weeks for everything to sync up. Keep checking your transcript weekly, specifically on Thursday nights/Friday mornings when the system updates.
