When it comes to unemployment there is only GADOL. Just so you’re aware you’re not the only one getting the run around. Keep calling especially while the calls are free ! Take advantage of it and call them everyday if you have too !

I completely understand your frustration! I've been dealing with the same runaround for months. One thing that helped me was calling right when they open at 8am - I had better luck getting through then. Also, try calling the technical support line instead of the regular claims line sometimes - they can sometimes transfer you or help with basic questions. Don't give up, and document every call you make with dates and what they told you. It's ridiculous that we have to jump through so many hoops just to get help we're entitled to.
