DEO quarterly reapplication confusion - Connect vs new website?

I just got a notification that it's a new quarter and I need to reapply for my benefits!!! I'm totally confused about where I'm supposed to do this. Do I submit the quarterly reapplication through the CONNECT system like before or is this something I need to do on their new website? The notification didn't give clear instructions and I don't want to mess up my benefits. Has anyone gone through this recently? The last thing I need is a payment delay because I filed in the wrong place!
