Two weeks ago, I was request to send verification. I sent in my ssn, DL, birth certificate, my new address, and was denied. I just got a letter saying that I’m not eligible to receive benefits due to code 1253A and it also stated that the identification I submitted was not an acceptable one. What should I do to appeal?

there saying your not a emplyee of the company you are trying to get unemployment from you need to make sure the job you have/had has the correct social securty number that could be a issue but i would appeal it and so you can get this rectified so you dont have to wait
