Last year September my 1st and only certified letter they sent to me got because they claim they did not receive it. However with that I had to myself along with that certified letter through I went through US postal service to send in all they were requesting I did so. Edd claim never received so my first week was disqualified. My claim summary is still active I’ve never been able to certified or nothing and it’s saying my will expire in September. So my is just out there floating around smh. This year they sent a link to myself I did so and still nothing what’s the hold up?

Yes I have talked to someone twice and she said they need to confirm my for 2020 because they have already confirmed 2021 however I still can’t certify

@Summer Green That s'really good advice about keeping detailed records! I m'dealing with a similar verification issue and never thought about documenting each call like that. It s'so frustrating when different reps tell you different things. @Yvett Morgan - have you tried asking them to escalate your case to a supervisor? Sometimes they can see things in the system that regular reps can t access.'Also, since your are set to expire in September, you might want to mention that urgency when you call. I ve heard'that sometimes helps move things along faster.
