This app is by far the best when it comes to the EDD Staff I’ve been trying to contact someone to make sure I got all in on time an back dates in on time. However for the last 3.5 months I’ve attempting to get someone on the phone an have failed over An over the first time this app worked but I’ve not gotten another call after spending my second 20$

I've been in a similar situation - it's incredibly frustrating when you need to get important verified and can't reach anyone. Have you tried calling right when they open at 8 AM? That seems to be when the queue is shortest. Also, make sure you're calling the right number for your specific issue - sometimes the general line gets overloaded but specialty lines (like for appeals or technical issues) might have shorter wait times. Don't give up, and definitely reach out to support about that callback issue!
