Need to speak with a rep ASAP - any tips for getting through?
Hey everyone, I need to speak with a representative but I'm having trouble getting through. Has anyone had any luck recently? What's the best way to actually talk to a human these days?

Ugh, good luck with that. I've been trying for weeks and it's like hitting a brick wall. The phone lines are always busy and when I do get through, I'm on hold for hours only to get disconnected. It's so frustrating!

•Same here! It's like they don't want us to reach them. I've tried calling at different times of the day, but no luck. 😤

•Have you tried calling right when they open? I heard that's the best time to get through.

•Tried that too. No dice. It's like playing the lottery, except the odds are worse lol

I found a method that actually works! There's this site called claimyr.com that has a calling tool. It dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then forwards the call to you when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it saved me hours of frustration. Here's a video explaining how it works: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

•Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•20 bucks? Idk man, seems kinda steep just to make a phone call.

•I get the skepticism, but it seriously worked for me. After spending days trying to get through, it was worth every penny. Plus, think about how much time you're wasting on hold - that's worth something too.

•Just tried it and it actually worked! Got through to an agent in about 45 minutes without having to sit by my phone. Thanks for the tip! 🙌

Pro tip: If you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out on social media. Sometimes they respond faster there. I've had luck with Twitter before.

I've given up on calling tbh. The whole system is broken and they clearly don't care about us. Anyone else feel like were just shouting into the void?

•Preach! 🙌 It's like they're purposely making it difficult so we'll just give up.

Here's what I've learned after months of dealing with this: 1. Persistence is key. Keep calling, even if it feels hopeless. 2. Try different times of day. Early morning or late afternoon sometimes works better. 3. Have all your info ready before you call. Account numbers, dates, etc. 4. Be polite to the rep when you finally get through. They're probably overwhelmed too. 5. If one rep can't help, politely ask to speak to a supervisor. 6. Keep a log of all your calls - dates, times, who you spoke to. 7. Consider using a call-back service like others have mentioned if you're really stuck. Hope this helps someone. We're all in this together!

•Great advice! I'd add: if you have the option to leave a callback number, DO IT. It's worked for me a couple times.

Anyone know if there's an email address we can use instead? I hate talking on the phone lol

•I wish! But from what I've heard, they're even worse at responding to emails. Phone is still your best bet unfortunately.

Plot twist: there are no actual representatives. It's all just a elaborate ruse to make us think someone's listening 🤡
