EDD issue from March unresolved - Advice on speeding up callback and talking to agent?

Hey everyone, I'm dealing with an issue from March that still hasn't been resolved. It's been months and I'm getting really frustrated. Has anyone else been waiting this long for their problem to be fixed? I just paid for another callback service to try and get through to someone. Any advice on how to speed things up or what I should say when I finally get to talk to an agent?
