Charged twice for payment, no callback - Help!
I've been charged twice for a payment but still haven't received a callback. Has anyone else experienced this? It's frustrating to pay and not get the service you're expecting. Any advice on how to handle this situation or get in touch with someone who can help?

Hey guys, I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works.
