It's designed to be difficult on purpose. They hope people will give up and not claim what they're owed.
Has anyone else noticed that the payment amounts sometimes vary? Like, I'll get one amount one week and a different amount the next, even though nothing changed on my end. Is that normal?
Yeah, that happened to me too. Turns out it was because of partial wages from a part-time gig I picked up. Make sure you're reporting any income accurately!
Could also be taxes. If you didn't opt for withholding, they might take it out randomly. Ask me how I know 😅

Has anyone had luck calling at a specific time of day? I've heard early morning is best but idk if that's just a myth.
