If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Ive been dealing with edd for 6 months now. heres my advice: document EVERYTHING. every call, every letter, every interaction. itll help if you need to escalate or appeal later

That's great advice, thanks! I'll start keeping a log of everything

Anyone else think its crazy that we're all struggling like this just to get the benefits we're entitled to? The whole system needs an overhaul tbh

0 coins

Preach! 🙌 It's like they forgot the second D in EDD stands for DEVELOPMENT. More like Employment Development Disaster amirite?

0 coins

For real. We pay into this system our whole working lives and then when we need it, it's a complete mess. Something's gotta change

Have you checked your UI Online account? Sometimes there's more info there about pending payments that you won't get in the mail.

0 coins

Good idea, I'll take a look. Tbh I always forget to check the online portal 🤦‍♂️

idk if this helps but I had a similar issue last month. Turns out I had accidentally put the wrong date for when I last worked on one of my certifications. Double check all your recent certs to make sure everythings correct

Plot twist: the debit cards are actually being sent to a parallel universe where the PFL system works efficiently 👽🤣

Lmao I wish! Sign me up for that universe plz

Hey OP, just a heads up - make sure you're super careful about giving out your personal info when you finally get through. There's been a lot of scams lately with people pretending to be from PFL. Always verify who you're talking to!

0 coins

Oh wow, I hadn't even thought of that. Thanks for the warning! Any tips on how to verify it's really them?

0 coins

No prob! Always call the official number listed on their website, never give out your full SSN over the phone, and if something feels off, trust your gut and hang up. Better safe than sorry!

anyone else think its crazy that we have to jump through all these hoops just to get whats owed to us? like, we paid into this system ffs 🤦‍♂️

0 coins

For real. It's almost like they make it difficult on purpose so people give up.

0 coins

Conspiracy theory: they're hoping we'll all just go away so they can keep the money 👀

Pro tip: if you have a friend or family member who speaks another language, try the non-English phone lines. They often have shorter wait times and the reps usually speak English too.

lol welcome to the wonderful world of EDD where nothing makes sense and timeframes are made up. Seriously tho, hope you get it sorted soon. The waiting game suuuucks.

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds archaic, but sometimes that gets faster results than submitting online. Worth a shot!

0 coins

Faxing? What year is it? 😂 But for real, I'll try anything at this point. Do you know what fax number to use?

0 coins

Lol I know right? Here's the number I used: 1-855-027-1940. Make sure to include your claim number on every page!
