Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. PRO TIP: Si tienes que enviar documentos por correo, usa correo certificado con acuse de recibo. Así tienes prueba de que lo enviaste y de que lo recibieron. Me ha salvado más de una vez cuando dicen que "nunca recibieron nada".

Todo. El. Tiempo. 🙄 Intenta muy temprano en la mañana o tarde en la noche cuando hay menos tráfico.
A veces ayuda limpiar la caché del navegador o usar otro navegador. El sistema es un desastre pero esos trucos me han funcionado.

Anyone else notice that the EDD website is down... again? 🙄 How are we supposed to check our claim status if the site never works?

Try using incognito mode or clearing your cache. Sometimes that helps me get in.
I'm in the same boat as OP, finally got through yesterday! Here's what worked for me: - Call right at 8:01 AM - If you get the "too many callers" message, hang up and redial immediately - Use the 2511 number and press 1, then 2, then 4 - Have all your info ready (SSN, claim date, last employer, etc.) - Be super nice to the rep, they deal with angry people all day Hope this helps someone else! Don't give up, you'll get through eventually!
What's the full 2511 number? Can you share it?

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue last year. Turns out they had my birthdate wrong in the system which flagged my account for review. Might be worth double-checking all your personal info is correct.

Oof, I remember those days. My advice? Document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every online update. It might come in handy if there are any issues down the line.
This! 💯 I had to appeal my claim and having all that documentation saved my butt.
