This happened to my cousin last year. Turns out there was a glitch in the system that didn't register her switch from unemployment to disability properly. Took forever to fix but they eventually sorted it out. Hang in there!
Calling is a waste of time. I spent hours trying to get through last week. Better off just waiting it out.
Actually, I found a way to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://claimyr.com
Quick question for anyone who's been through this recently - are they still requiring the extra identity verification steps? I heard they added some new requirements and I'm trying to prepare.

Did you miss any weekly certifications? That can sometimes trigger a disqualification.

Whatever you do, don't give up! I was disqualified twice before finally getting approved. It's a pain, but persistence pays off.
