Quick question - when you faxed your docs, did you include your claim number on every page? I've heard that can help prevent them from 'losing' your stuff.
Guys I finaly got through on the phone after trying for WEEKS. heres what I did: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 am 2. Press 1 for English (or 2 for Spanish) 3. Then 1 for claim questions 4. Then 2 for employer 5. THEN 4 for general info Somehow this got me to a real person in like 20 minutes! no idea why but it worked 🤷♂️
Has anyone tried reaching out on social media? I've heard some people have had luck getting responses that way.
I heard a rumor that they're updating the system soon to make it easier to resolve pending claims. Anyone know if there's any truth to that?
guys i think i figured it out. if you press 2, then 4, then wait 30 seconds and press 1, you can sometimes get through to a real person. its not guaranteed but ive had some luck with it

Not to be that guy, but have you tried faxing them? I know it sounds archaic, but I got a response within a week after sending a fax. Might be worth a shot!

•Faxing? What year is it, 1995? 🤣 But hey, if it works, it works!

•Lol I know right? But seriously, sometimes the old school methods cut through the digital clutter.

This is why we need universal basic income. The current system is clearly not working for people when they need it most.
