Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Log into your UI Online account and look for any messages or alerts. If there's an identity issue, it should be pretty clear. You might need to use ID.me to verify your identity.
Guys, I heard theres a glitch in the system affecting payments for claims filed in January. Might be worth mentioning when you finally get through to someone.

I work in IT and let me tell you, the EDD's systems are a complete mess. They're using outdated technology and don't have the resources to handle the volume of claims. It's no wonder everything's so backed up.
