I had a similar issue last year. What finally worked for me was sending a certified letter explaining my situation and requesting urgent action. Include all your claim details and why you need it resolved ASAP. It's harder for them to ignore physical mail.

Hey OP, when did your doctor submit the certification? If it's been more than 10 business days, you might want to have them resend it. Sometimes they get lost in the system.

idk if this helps but I had a similar issue last month. Turns out there was a glitch in there system that was flagging a bunch of claims for review. It got sorted out after about a week without me having to do anything. Might be worth waiting a few more days before you start calling
