PFL claim status - how to check if anything's missing?

Hey everyone, I'm worried about my paid family leave claim. I submitted everything but I'm not sure if anything is missing. Has anyone else dealt with this? How can I check if my claim is complete or if they need more info from me?

I've been there! It's so frustrating not knowing if everything is in order. Have you tried calling the PFL office? They should be able to tell you if anything's missing.

I've tried calling but can never get through. It's always busy or I'm on hold forever 😫

Pro tip: check your online account if you have one. Sometimes they update the status there and list any missing docs.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work?

Yeah, it does! I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

$20 just to talk to someone? The system is so broken 🤦‍♂️

I get it, but think about how much time and stress it saves. For me, it was worth it to finally get answers.

Here's what I've learned from my experience with PFL claims: • Always keep copies of EVERYTHING you submit • Take note of dates you sent stuff in • If you fax anything, keep the confirmation page • Check your online account regularly for updates • If you call, ask for a reference number for the call • Sometimes sending a follow-up letter can help nudge things along Hope this helps! Hang in there, the process can be a real pain but you'll get through it.

Ugh, PFL is such a headache. I'm in the same boat, been waiting for weeks with no update. The whole system needs an overhaul tbh.
