Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you gotta be persistent and keep calling until you get through to a real person. It sucks, but it's the only way to get answers sometimes.

Have you tried reaching out on Twitter? Sometimes publicly shaming them gets results. Just don't share any personal info!

Just adding my two cents about Claimyr. It indeed works and while it's not ideal to pay for a service to access public resources, it's a temporary fix for a broken system. However, such services should ideally be a free part of government assistance.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://claimyr.com

man, this makes me so angry. we pay into this system our whole working lives and when we need it, it fails us. the whole thing needs to be overhauled.

I heard they're super backed up because of all the fraud cases they're dealing with. It sucks that legit claims are getting caught in the crossfire.
