EDD PFL payment letter received - Need advice for callback and claim concerns

I've been dealing with EDD for 6 months now. At this point, I'm pretty sure I've talked to every single employee there. Twice. 🙃

Anybody else feel like they need a degree in bureaucracy just to navigate the EDD system? I'm thinking of adding "Professional Hold Music Listener" to my resume at this point 🎵👂

Unpopular opinion: some EDD agents are actually really nice and helpful. I got one last week who went above and beyond to solve my issue. There's hope! 🌟
