I found a way to get someone on the phone fast. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

have you checked your online account? sometimes the info there is more up to date than what they tell you on the phone

Hey OP, when was your claim approved? That might give you a better idea of when to expect payment. In my experience, it usually takes about 7-10 business days after approval for the money to hit your account.

Have you tried faxing them? I know it sounds old school, but sometimes it's faster than calling or emailing. Just make sure to keep a copy of what you send!
