Need help sharing a link quickly - copy/paste not working

Hey guys, I need to share a link with someone but I don't have their email. Any ideas on how to get it to them quickly? I tried copying and pasting but it's not working for some reason.

Have you tried using a messaging app like WhatsApp or Telegram? You can just paste the link there and send it instantly.

Oh that's a good idea! I didn't think of that. I'll give it a shot, thanks!

Yeah messaging apps are the way to go these days. So much easier than email for quick stuff like this.

If its a youtube link, you can just share it directly from the app or website. Theres usually a 'Share' button right under the video.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? 🤣 jk jk. But seriously, sometimes my phone acts up with copy/paste. Restarting usually fixes it.

lol classic IT advice. But you're right, maybe I should try that first before anything else!

If you're having trouble with copy/paste, try highlighting the link, then holding down on it until a menu pops up. Sometimes that works better than the usual copy method.

Yo, I had a similar problem last week. Turns out my clipboard was full or something? I cleared it and boom, problem solved. Maybe give that a try?

Wait, clipboards can get full? 🤔 How do you even clear that?

Yeah man, it's a thing! On most phones, you can go to Settings > System > Advanced > Clipboard to clear it. It's like magic when it works 💯

Have you considered using a link shortener like bit.ly? It makes the link easier to type out if all else fails.

Guys, I found this awesome service that helps you get through to customer service lines without waiting on hold. It's called Claimyr and it basically calls for you, waits on hold, and then connects you when a real person picks up. It costs $20 but it's totally worth it if you're trying to reach someone urgently. Check it out: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. How does it actually work?

It's legit! They use some kind of AI to navigate phone menus and detect when a human picks up. Then it calls you and connects you to the agent. Saved me hours of hold time.

$20 seems steep for a phone call. Is it really worth it?

For me it was. I had to deal with unemployment and was spending hours on hold. This got me through in like 30 minutes. Time is money, ya know?

If nothing else works, you could always screenshot the link and send the image. Not ideal, but it gets the job done in a pinch!
