Need advice for SDI appeal status call with EDD - what to ask?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to check on the status of my appeal for SDI. I've got a call scheduled with EDD and I'm not sure what to expect. Anyone have experience with this? What should I ask them? I'm feeling pretty nervous about it.

I've been through this before. Here's what you should do: • Have your appeal case number ready • Gather any letters or emails from EDD • Prepare your ID info Questions to ask: 1. What's the current status? 2. Do they need any more docs from you? 3. How long till you get a decision? After the call, write down what they tell you to do next and do it ASAP. Good luck!

Make sure you document EVERYTHING. Names, dates, what was said. EDD loves to 'lose' info.
