Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

have you checked ur online account? sometimes they have more info there about how they calculated ur benefit amount

This happened to me too! Turns out they were using the wrong social security number 🤦‍♂️ Double check all your personal info when you talk to them

Pro tip: call right when they open in the morning. You might have to try a few days in a row, but that's how I finally got through.
