EDD keeps calling about my SDI forms - what should I do?

Ugh, dealing with the disability department is such a pain. I've been there before. Have you tried calling them back? Sometimes they're just trying to verify info or get additional documents.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they update the status there before they actually call you. Might give you a heads up on whats going on
