I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Hey OP, when you do get through, make sure to ask for a tier 2 specialist. The first person you talk to often can't do much. Also, be super nice even if youre frustrated. Theyre more likely to help if youre polite.

PROTIP: Use social media. Tweet at EDD or message them on Facebook. Sometimes they respond faster there cuz its public. Worth a shot! 🤷‍♂️
