EDD SDI payments stuck, can't reach anyone on phone. Help!

Have you tried checking your online account? Sometimes there are updates or pending actions there that could explain why your payments are held up. Might save you a phone call if you can find the info there.

Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling some of the other EDD numbers. Sometimes you can get transferred to the right department that way. I've had luck with the employer line before.

guys. i literaly just got off the phone with edd after trying for WEEKS. heres what i did: called the 833 number, pressed 1 for english, then 2, 4, 1, 3, 3. got put on hold for like an hour but actually spoke to someone!!! hope this helps someone else 🙏

Hey OP, sorry youre dealing with this. Quick question - when you say disability payments, is this SDI or something else? The process can be different depending on what type of claim you have.
