Need help reaching EDD disability rep for existing claim - tried everything!

I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. I heard they increased staff recently. Maybe try calling during off-peak hours? Like right before lunch or late afternoon?

Not to be that guy, but have you checked if theres an online portal where you can submit your question? Sometimes its easier than calling
