Have you checked your mail carefully? Sometimes they send important updates through snail mail and it's easy to miss.

this happened to me too. turns out they never recieved the forms from my doctor. double check with your docs office to make sure they actually sent it

The whole system is a joke. They probably lost your paperwork. Wouldn't be the first time 🙄
