Ugh, I feel you. I've been in the same boat. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you gotta be persistent and keep calling until you get through.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Make sure you have all your docs ready when you do get through. They always ask for a ton of info. Good luck!

Update: Finally got through using that claimyr thing. They said my claim was "pending review" because of the new medical info. Should be processed in 5-7 business days. Fingers crossed! 🤞
