I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your UI Online account to make sure all your info is up to date 2. If you haven't certified for benefits recently, do that ASAP 3. Try calling the EDD early in the morning, right when they open. That's usually the best time to get through 4. If you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out via social media. Sometimes they respond faster there 5. As a last resort, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes help push things through Hang in there, OP. idk if this helps but I was in a similar situation last month. Turns out there was a glitch in there system that was causing delays. It eventually sorted itself out after about a week.
