If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Take off the tinfoil hat, bro. It's just good old-fashioned bureaucratic incompetence.

That's what they want you to think! Wake up, sheeple! 👀

Hey OP, hang in there. I know its tough but youll get through this. Have you considered looking into local food banks or assistance programs while you wait? Might help ease the stress a bit.

0 coins

Thanks for the kind words. I haven't looked into that yet, but maybe I should. It's just hard to admit I might need that kind of help, you know?

0 coins

I get it, but there's no shame in using available resources. That's what they're there for. Take care of yourself first, pride can wait.

lol good luck. been trying to sort out my claim for 3 months now. this whole system is a joke 🤡

Preach 🙌 Sometimes I think they make it this difficult on purpose

3 months? Amateur hour. Try 6 months and counting 😭

Hey OP, just wondering - what specific issue are you dealing with regarding Paid Family Leave? Might be able to give more targeted advice if we know the details.

Thanks for asking! I'm trying to file a claim for bonding time with my newborn, but I'm not sure if I'm eligible since I work part-time. That's why I really need to talk to someone directly.

0 coins

Ah gotcha. Part-time can be tricky. Make sure you have your exact hours worked for the past 18 months when you call. They'll need that to determine eligibility. Congrats on the new baby btw!

lol welcome to the wonderful world of bureaucracy. where everything's made up and the points don't matter 🤡

🤣🤣🤣 Ain't that the truth. Sometimes I think they make it difficult on purpose.

Has anyone had luck contacting them through social media? I've heard some people get responses that way.

0 coins

I tried Twitter once. They just sent me a link to the same broken website 🙄

Facebook worked for me! But it took like a week to get a response.

Has anyone tried reaching out to their state representative? I've heard that can sometimes help speed things up.

0 coins

Im so done with this. been waiting 2 months now. thinking of just giving up and finding under the table work 😤

Don't do it man, not worth the risk. Keep pushing with EDD!

Anyone else feel like we're living in a kafka novel? Like, we're just chasing our tails trying to get basic info about OUR OWN BENEFITS. It's maddening.

0 coins

Lol for real. Sometimes I wonder if there even is a 'live representative' or if it's just a myth to keep us calling 🤣

Kafka? More like a clown show 🤡 We're all just honking our little horns hoping someone notices

Hey OP, what kind of update are you trying to get? Sometimes there are specific numbers for different issues that might be easier to get through on.

0 coins

I need to update my mailing address and ask about a payment that seems to be missing. Do you know if there's a specific line for that?

0 coins

For address changes, you might be able to do that online. For the missing payment, yeah, you'll probably need to talk to someone. Keep trying the main line, and good luck!
