Anyone else notice that claims seem to be taking way longer since COVID? I swear it used to be faster before the pandemic hit.
This is why I always record my calls with SDI (its legal in my state as long as one party consents). That way, if they try to pull any shenanigans, I have proof of what was actually said.
am i the only 1 who thinks its crazy we gotta jump thru all these hoops just to get info on our own claims??? 🤔 like, its OUR money!
