Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Ah gotcha. Part-time can be tricky. Make sure you have your exact hours worked for the past 18 months when you call. They'll need that to determine eligibility. Congrats on the new baby btw!

For address changes, you might be able to do that online. For the missing payment, yeah, you'll probably need to talk to someone. Keep trying the main line, and good luck!
