Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your payment history online 2. Look for any notices or messages in your account 3. If nothing there, try calling first thing in the morning 4. If you can't get through, consider using a call-back service 5. As a last resort, you might need to visit an office in person Remember to document everything - dates you called, who you spoke to, etc. It might take some time, but don't give up! You're entitled to your full payment.

Has anyone had luck with the mobile app? I heard they updated it recently but idk if it's any good
I tried it last week. It's a bit better than before, but still pretty glitchy. Wouldn't recommend for anything important tbh

Just a heads up, make sure you have your claim number and social security number handy when you call or log in. They always ask for those and it's a pain if you don't have them ready.

I had a similar issue last year. It took about a month after I submitted the late form for my payments to resume. They did backpay me for the missed payments tho, so theres hope!
