Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with EDD for months: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your calls, who you spoke to, and what was said. 2. Be persistent. Sometimes you have to call multiple times a day for days on end. 3. Use the online portal as much as possible. Sometimes issues can be resolved there without calling. 4. If all else fails, contact your local representatives or file a formal complaint. 5. Join Facebook groups or forums dedicated to EDD issues. Sometimes you can find insider tips or get help from others who've been through the same thing. Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up!

Hey OP, when exactly did your doctor upload the form? There might be a processing delay due to the recent system upgrade they did. I heard it's causing some backlog.
