Alguien sabe si hay una oficina donde pueda ir en persona? Ya estoy harto de esperar y quiero hablar con alguien cara a cara.
anyone else feel like the whole system is designed to make us give up? its like they want us to fail smh
Anyone else feel like the whole system is designed to make us give up? 🤔 It's like they're hoping we'll just forget about our claims if they make it hard enough.
Word of advice: document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every online update. You never know when you'll need to prove something later.

The fact that we have to jump through so many hoops just to access our benefits is ridiculous. The system is broken and needs to be fixed ASAP. How many people are suffering because they can't get through? 😤

•Preach! 🙌 It's a disgrace. We need to start putting pressure on our representatives to fix this mess.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with EDD for months: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your calls, who you spoke to, and what was said. 2. Be persistent. Sometimes you have to call multiple times a day for days on end. 3. Use the online portal as much as possible. Sometimes issues can be resolved there without calling. 4. If all else fails, contact your local representatives or file a formal complaint. 5. Join Facebook groups or forums dedicated to EDD issues. Sometimes you can find insider tips or get help from others who've been through the same thing. Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up!
