5 HOUR wait time for SDI payment call - Anyone else dealing with this nightmare?
I've been waiting for 5 HOURS to get through to SDI about my payment. This is ridiculous! Anyone else dealing with these insane wait times? I'm so frustrated with the whole process.

Yo, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. Used this site called claimyr.com - it's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. Costs $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
