So I called  HSA in SF county to check the status of my Calfresh, said no worries should be getting paid this morning also Propel app said the same thing. It's 1:00 am, still no payment. I've heard it could be a delay, but I was worried because I just did a transfer from another county, yet the agent said I was fine and I know Propel app is accurate and pulls from your county profile. Wil my payment still come this morning?
