I had to do this last year. Here's what worked for me: 1. Call first thing in the morning when they open 2. Have all your info ready (license number, reason for hearing, etc.) 3. Be polite but firm if they try to brush you off 4. Ask if there's a cancellation list you can be put on for earlier dates 5. If possible, be flexible with your availability Hope this helps!
