How long does Washington ESD have to make a decision on my unemployment claim?

I've been waiting for what feels like forever for Washington ESD to make a decision on my unemployment claim. Filed about 6 weeks ago and it's been stuck in adjudication this whole time. Does anyone know if there's actually a legal time limit for how long Washington ESD can take to make a determination?
