Washington ESD unemployment claim - how big is the backlog of cases right now?
I filed my unemployment claim with Washington ESD about 6 weeks ago and it's still stuck in adjudication. When I call, they keep telling me there's a backlog but won't give me any real numbers. Does anyone know how big the backlog actually is right now? I'm starting to panic because my savings are almost gone and I need to know if I should expect this to take months or weeks. The lack of transparency is really frustrating.
