ESD application stuck halfway - need agent to fix it. Any tips to reach a human?

Ugh, been there done that. The ESD website is a nightmare! I had to call like 50 times before I got through. Keep trying, eventually you'll get lucky.

Have all your info ready when you do get through. 4. Be polite to the agent, they're probably overwhelmed too. 5. If one agent can't help, politely ask to speak with a supervisor. 6. Pro tip: use social media. Tweet at the ESD account or message them on Facebook. Sometimes they respond faster there.

Anyone else notice that the website always seems to crash right when youre in the middle of filling out a form? Its like they designed it to be as annoying as possible 🙄

Honestly, at this point I'm considering hiring a lawyer. This is ridiculous.
