TWC Unemployment: Can't Reach Anyone to File Claim - Advice Needed
I'm so frustrated with trying to file my claim. I've been calling for days and can't get through to anyone. It's like they're purposely making it impossible to reach a real person. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do anymore. Any advice would be appreciated.

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works.
