omg the interstate claims are the WORST. i had this same issue last year (live in md, worked in pa) and what fixed it for me was faxing (yes FAXING lol what year is it??) my ID and most recent paystub to 717-772-0378 with my claim number on every page. for some reason the fax went to an actual person who fixed my unresolved issue within 2 days. might be worth trying!
