PA UC Money Network Card daily ATM withdrawal limits - can't log in to check balance

Hey everyone, I just got my PA unemployment Money Network Card in the mail yesterday but I can't log in to the online portal to check anything. I'm trying to figure out what the daily ATM withdrawal limit is because I need to pay my landlord asap. Anyone know the max cash I can take out in a single day? Is it like $500 or $1000? Also having trouble with the website - keeps saying "error" when I try to create an account. Any help would be super appreciated!

The PA UC Money Network Card has a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $500. I had the same login issues last month - try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Sometimes their system gets overloaded in the mornings when everyone's checking balances. You can also call the number on the back of the card to check your balance through the automated system if the website is still giving you trouble.

Thanks so much! $500 should be enough for now. I'll try Firefox instead of Chrome and see if that works better. Didn't know I could call to check the balance - will try that too.

Their website is ALWAYS DOWN!! I swear PA UC does this on purpose to make it harder for people to get their money. I haven't been able to log in for WEEKS and when I call the stupid automated line it just hangs up on me half the time! Good luck getting your money, the whole system is rigged against us!

I had a similar issue and found a way to get through to a real person at PA UC. I used a service called Claimyr (claimyr.com) to connect to an agent directly without waiting on hold. They have a video demo showing how it works: https://youtu.be/CEPETxZdo9E?si=WL1ZzVZWG3KiHrg2. They called and got me through to someone who fixed my Money Network Card access issue in about 10 minutes.

The daily limits are: $500 for ATM withdrawals, $1,000 for over-the-counter cash withdrawals at banks, and $2,500 for purchases per day. I had the same login problems and found that you need to wait 24-48 hours after activating your card before you can create an online account. Also make sure you're on the correct website - it's not the regular PA UC site, but the Money Network card site.

Oh wow, I didn't know about the $1,000 counter withdrawal option! That's perfect since I need more than $500. Maybe I'll just go to the bank instead of messing with the ATM. And thanks for the tip about waiting after activation - it's only been about 18 hours so maybe that's the issue.

Walmart charges $3 for cash back under $100 and $6 for amounts over $100. Still cheaper than some ATM fees tho. I always just do cash back when buying groceries to avoid fees altogether.

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes the ATMs say you've reached your limit even when you haven't? Last month I tried to take out $300 and it said I reached my limit after only taking out $200 earlier that day! Called Money Network and they said sometimes there's a 24-hour delay in processing withdrawals so it LOOKS like you hit your limit when you haven't. Just another way they mess with us!

This happens because some ATMs have their own withdrawal limits separate from the card limits. PNC Bank ATMs usually allow the full $500, but I've found that convenience store ATMs often cap at $200-$300 per transaction. Also worth noting that some ATMs charge $3-5 fees per withdrawal, so it's best to make fewer, larger withdrawals when possible.

UPDATE: I got through on the phone after trying like 8 times! The actual ATM limit is $500 but you can go to a bank teller with your ID and card and withdraw up to $1000 in cash. Also my login problem was because I was trying to create my account too soon after activation. For anyone else with this problem, they said wait 48 hours after activating the card before trying to set up online access. Thanks everyone for your help!
