New York Unemployment ID.me Account Suspended - Need Phone Number
My unemployment account got suspended. Been trying to find a phone number for ID.me verification but cant get through anywhere. Already tried the regular unemployment number but they cant help with ID.me issues. Really need this fixed asap since I cant access my benefits.

Same thing happened to me last week! The regular unemployment line is useless for id.me stuff. They just keep transferring you around in circles 🤮

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! Used this service called claimyr.com that calls and waits on hold, then connects you when someone picks up. Cost $20 but totally worth it to actually talk to someone. They have a video about how it works here: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

$20 seems steep just to make a phone call 🤔

Try reaching out to ID.me on Twitter. Sometimes their support team responds there faster than phone

Here's what worked for me with the ID.me issue - you need to call the tech support line at 866-243-7524 during normal business hours. They're usually better staffed in the morning. If that doesn't work, use claimyr.com to get through - seriously worth every penny when your benefits are on the line. Also email support@id.me with your case details and screenshots. Document everything! The more proof you have of trying to resolve this the better.
